Managing notifications

Updated this week

The Admin Notifications settings let you control where and how notifications are sent when:

  • A new review is posted

  • A negative review is received

  • A new question is asked

  • An email is sent to the customer

Set up admin notifications

To add more email addresses or to change the email addresses that receive our notifications:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Notifications

  • Under Admin notification emails, enter up to 3 email addresses separated by commas. For example: storeowner@example.com, support@example.com, teamlead@example.com

  • Enable the types of notifications you want to receive:

    • "Notify me when a new review is created"

    • "Notify me when a new question is posted"

    • "Send me a copy of each email sent to customers"

  • Click Save.

Separate notifications for negative reviews

To send negative reviews notification to a different email:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Notifications

  • Under Admin notification emails, enable "Receive negative review notifications at a different email".

  • Enter the email address (e.g. support@example.com)

  • Choose the threshold for what counts as a negative review:

    • "No review is negative"

    • "2 stars or less"

    • "3 stars or less"

    • "4 stars or less"

    • "All reviews are negative"

  • Click Save.
