On the Reviews Page, by default, new reviews will be loaded automatically when users scroll down. But you can instead add a "Load More" button so that only some reviews are shown on top, and more reviews will be loaded as the users click on this "Load More" button.
To do this:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Widgets > All Reviews Page
In Theme > Loading behavior, select "Load new reviews by clicking button"
Click Save.
